Responsibilities:

  • Creating and sending quotations for service
  • Processing / Creating covered and billable orders
  • Processing Field Paperwork / Updating Orders
  • Creating Cal Certs for onsite calibration
  • Invoicing and Credits
  • Maintaining Install base
  • Creating Install orders
  • Maintaining Address book records
  • Fulfilling certificate of insurance requests
  • Completing customer pre-qualification forms
  • Monitoring / research / follow up work order status’

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of solid customer service experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Timeliness of service orders processed and invoiced
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • A collaborative approach
  • Practical hands on approach, promoting a “can do attitude”
