Inside Sales Representative

Newton, MA

Responsibilities:

  • Perform extensive prospecting/cold calling within a set geographic territory
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to prospects to sell our products and services
  • Attain and exceed 100% of assigned revenue goal by building a pipeline of potential business
  • Build a pipeline of potential business
  • Initiate and develop relationships with prospective companies
  • Use networking skills to identify decision-makers within prospect companies
  • Educate prospects on tax-free commuter benefit legislation
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospect to close (which could take 2-3 months)
  • Maintain a positive attitude and a strong competitive drive

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • 2-5 years inside telesales or telemarking experience
  • A high level of energy, self-motivation, competitiveness, and desire to make an impact
  • Strong Focus to make a high number of outbound calls per day with the ability to identify and engage with decision-makers, and communicate the benefits of our program
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, desire to work in a fast-paced environment, confident and resilient
