Waltham, MA




  • Process multi state bi weekly payroll
  • Collect, verify and input time sheet data for all employees
  • Verify payroll for accuracy and completeness
  • Track vacation/sick time manually through Excel
  •  Sort and prepare pay statements for distribution
  • Prepare manual checks as required
  • Prepare bi weekly payroll general ledger entry into QuickBooks
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Other duties as assigned


  •  Experience with ADP a plus
  •  2+ years of payroll experience
  •  Strong attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication skills
  •  Familiarity with HR and benefits
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
