Key Details:
- Seeking HR Administrator or Manager (Fulltime – perm) for either Shelton, CT, or New Providence, NJ.
- Must be willing to travel between CT and NJ offices 2 to 4x per month – Some reimbursement included
- At least 5 years of experience, very skilled in employee relations, upbeat, friendly, and energetic, but is very aware of the importance of discretion and takes extreme care in handling confidential issues.
- Work from home every Friday!
- 8:00 am – 4:00 pm hours
Work based in Shelton, CT, office with a hybrid schedule – WFH every Friday and 15 paid holidays.
. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
