We have partnered with a National Property Management company who is in need of 2 Mainteance Techs for a 300 unit hi-rise apartment building in Downtown Albany.
Pay range is $20-22/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-Fri

The Manager is looking for somneone who can start next week or December 2nd.
Experience needed and major responsibilities include:

2+ years of experience in general maintenance.
Experience in affordable housing/REAC inspection experience preferred but not required.
Hands-on plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal
Emergency on-call rotation is required.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
