Family Medicine Physician – Primary Care

Compensation: $169,000 – $248,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Loan Repayment Eligible Position

A mission-driven healthcare organization is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative, team-based primary care environment. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan while working alongside experienced clinical and support staff in an integrated care model.

The Family Medicine Physician will deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care services, while actively participating in coordinated care and population health initiatives. This position is well-suited for physicians who value continuity of care, teamwork, and serving diverse patient populations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages

  • Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and support teams

  • Participate in population health and quality improvement initiatives

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record

  • Practice evidence-based medicine with sound clinical judgment

  • Deliver culturally competent, compassionate care


Required Qualifications

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Active state physician license (or eligibility)

  • DEA registration and state controlled substance registration (or eligibility)

  • Strong commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, team-based setting

  • Experience caring for diverse patient populations

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical technology

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an ambulatory or urgent care setting preferred

  • Experience working with underserved or socioeconomically diverse populations

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates strongly preferred
