We have partnered with a leading property management companies with 100 locations across the Northeast who is in need of Administrative help for their 400+ unit property in Yonkers.
Previous experience is highly preferred.
Pay range: $18 – 20/hour wiht a schedule of 8:30am – 5pm Mon-Fri
- Answering phones and emails
- Meet and greet tenants and new applicants who are interested in applying for residency in the building.
- Creating application packets and preparing for resident interviews.
- Assisting with leasing duties including lease signings and running background/credit checks
- Preparing balance sheets/invoices, etc.
- General administrative duties as assigned.
- Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational matters.
- Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.
- Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
