Administrative Assistant

Position Summary: This is a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. You will provide administrative support to various departments and assist in coordinating office activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office
  • Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management


  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
