Admin Assistant  Non-profit
*4 month temp assignment

Will be at least a 4-month assignment with the possibility of extensions, not likely to go perm. 

Location: NY, New York (Harlem) 
Temp Pay: $25 – $28/hr 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 – 5pm

  • fully on-site

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with data entry and quality assurance
  • Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with case management an/or outreach preferred

Job Duties
Quality Assurance/QA tasks such as:

  • Conducting quality assurance of client files
    • Reviewing case notes written by staff in internal system and HRA’s city system 
    • Scan documents via printer and rename files to internal drive
    • Shred original files after successful completion of QA
