Admin Assistant – Non-profit
*4 month temp assignment
Will be at least a 4-month assignment with the possibility of extensions, not likely to go perm.
Location: NY, New York (Harlem)
Temp Pay: $25 – $28/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 – 5pm
- fully on-site
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with data entry and quality assurance
- Excellent organizational, communication and computer skills
- Possess strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with case management an/or outreach preferred
Job Duties
Quality Assurance/QA tasks such as:
- Conducting quality assurance of client files
- Reviewing case notes written by staff in internal system and HRA’s city system
- Scan documents via printer and rename files to internal drive
- Shred original files after successful completion of QA
