Responsibilities:
- May assist in training newly hired administrative employees.
- Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
- Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
- Maintains filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Maintains contact lists, act at the point of contact for internal and external office contacts.
- Orders lunch for office as required.
- Writes and distributes email, correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
- Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments as required.
- Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
- Assists in the preparation of event briefings.
- Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
- Assists the Executive Team as needed.
- Performs data entry and other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Two years of experience in an administrative role required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to learn new tasks quickly and adapt to change.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks and take action.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Must be of legal age to work in the state or local city or town.
- Proficiency in English is required, strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Team player, interpersonal qualities, works well with others to achieve common goals.
- Maintain confidentiality in all areas of company business.
- Regular, dependable work attendance and punctuality required; works scheduled hours.
