Administrative Assistant
Type: temp to potential hire
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00am-6:00pm (will go to 10:00 am – 7:00 PM after first 90 days)
- 2 Saturday a month required – half day
- Over time required every other week, additional hours in morning or night
Pay: $19-$20/hr
Requirements:
- Prior administrative or customer service experience – willing to train!
- Need strong understanding of production and multitasking
- Understand daily task assignments, priorities of the day while multi-tasking in our system, emails, taking calls and communicating with the teams.
- Needs strong computer and communication skills (able to type while speaking to someone on the phone)
Responsibilities:
- Schedule all the requests for Notary/Attorney loan package closings.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on all open signing services assignments daily to ensure customers’ expectations and turnaround time requirements are being met, while utilizing the follow up Queue and maintaining our order tracking system
- Maintain vendor records with background checks, E&O and signing agent data.
- Manage status updates through signing agents’ box and VINCA from vendors and customers in a courteous and timely manner.
- Reconcile RealEC orders with order tracking system, while resolving any discrepancies.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
