  • Schedule appointments for individual patients
  • Manage appointment cancellations and rescheduling requests. 
  • Send appointment reminders via phone, text, or email. 
  • Verify insurance eligibility and benefits. 
  • Greet patients and visitors upon arrival. 
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate staff, and take messages. 
  • Collect patient demographic information and intake forms. 
  • Collect co-pays and process payments. 
  • Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR 
  • Scan and file patient documents electronically. 
  • Prepare and update client charts with relevant clinical information. 
  • Verify insurance coverage and billing information
