Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and procedures
• Handle basic human resources functions
• Maintain office systems, including phone systems and databases
• Oversee financial tasks including invoicing, using QuickBooks online
• Utilize strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency
• Manage all accounts payable and receivable functions
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in office management or a related field (5+ years)
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting
• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Knowledge of time & attendance management and job costing
• Background in a manufacturing or trade organization is advantageous
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
