Business partner with senior leadership to create and implement long and short term strategy
Lead budget process
Oversee fiscal close processes
Ensure timely preparation of accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP compliance
Analyze financials; research and explain variances
Oversee all day-today accounting & financial activities to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
Prepare financial reporting packages for executives
Establish, implement & analyze KPIs to ensure performance aligns with business goals
Implement strategic initiatives to improve cashflow
Prepare income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
Identify areas for process improvements to maximize efficiency
Develop & implement  Controls
Coordinate audits
Train, manage and mentor staff
