Customer Service Administrator

- Full Time – Temp to Hire
- Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 5:00pm – Hybrid Schedule is available
Job Duties:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills; written and verbal.
- Ability to multi-task and engage on multiple tasks/tickets simultaneously.
- Answer customer communications and correspondence quickly and efficiently via email.
- Resolve questions and refer other inquiries to appropriate areas as needed.
- Collaborate with other areas to triage customer inquiries.
- May act as a liaison to other departments where follow-up will be required to meet customers’ needs.
- Follow instructions to complete entry of data; maintain accuracy in all data entry records (check and correct as needed).
- Key contributor to improving overall Customer Care and Experiences.
- Follow standard processes and procedures by accurately recording inquiries.
Pay Rate:
- $24/hour
