Customer Service Rep
Location: Boston, MA

Hours:
- Full-time hours
- Monday – Friday: 6am – 2pm OR
- Monday – Friday: 12pm-8pm
Job Requirements:
- Employees will be located at MBTA Train stops and Bus terminals.
- There will also be a group doing employee surveys in the lounges and break areas.
- Employee will be responsible for distributing surveys using an electronic tablet at train stations and bus terminals.
- Everyone will get training and direction.
- High-school diploma
- 21 years or older
- At least one year of work experience
- Availability for the entire course of the project ideally
- Punctual
- Detail-oriented
- Personable, good communicator
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
Pay Rate:
- $18/ hour
