We have partnered with a manufacturing company out of Cheshire who is looking for an additional rep in thei Customer Service department to help with increased volume of business.
Pay range around $25/hour with a schedule of 8am – 5pm Mon-fri
Manufacturing Customer Service, Order Processing and Import/Export experience is very helpful for success in this role.
The position handles a wide range of ancillary functions that the Customer Base is dependent on.
- Account management
- Monitoring service levels for on-time deliveries
- Problem resolution
- Troubleshooting issues
- Explaining product features and applications
- Order processing
- Reporting and tracking.
Experience with Microsoft Office as well as EPICOR is a plus.
