As a Digital Marketing Specialist at this organization you will play a pivotal role in optimizing, developing, and executing our digital marketing programs. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Technology Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, acquire customers, and improve retention through innovative digital marketing initiatives.

Your Experience Should Include: 

·         Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

·         4+ years of digital marketing with proficiency in SEO, PPC, and analytics tools.

·         Proven experience working with Google, Hotjar, and SEMRush

·         Google Analytics and Google AdWords certification.

·         Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and PHP/SQL.

·         Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.


Job Responsibilities: 

·         Act as the in-house subject matter expert for SEO and PPC analytics related to web marketing, website analytics, ecommerce, and keyword strategy.

·         Lead updates for our corporate website and ecommerce platforms.

·         Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve results, including A/B testing to continually refine and improve approach based on data insights

·         Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand goals, target audiences, and product strategies to ensure digital campaign strategy meets desired business outcomes.

·         Assist in lead nurturing process to develop multi-touch campaigns and lead tracking progression through marketing and sales funnel.

·         Manage budget allocations for digital marketing campaigns

·         Stay updated with digital marketing tracking strategies, compliance regulations, and best practices.

·         Provide thought leadership on marketing technologies, AI and support digital marketing projects as requested.
