1. Gift Processing: Process and import daily in-house check and ACH batches into Salesforce. Review daily lockbox and web donation files and import into Salesforce when appropriate.
2. Data entry and clean-up: Review donor information for accuracy and correct appropriately, update donor communication preferences, enter new gift and campaign data, merge records.
3. Reporting and tracking data: Run reports from database to update internal tracking documents with information regarding fundraising totals, campaign performance, email open/bounces, etc.

Qualifications:

1. At least two years of full-time professional experience in development, administrative support or comparable field.
2. Proficient in use of CRM database. Experience in Salesforce a plus.
3. Experience in digital marketing preferred, including Google Analytics and social media.
4. Skilled in Microsoft Office programs with strong experience in Excel and Word.
