The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition and lead generation. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be available to work during Chameleon Group’s standard business hours or other shifts as assigned
- Cold calling; making between 80-120 outbound calls to potential clients each day
- Must be able to produce at or above assigned productivity targets (e.g. dials, leads phone time, etc.) at all times
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospective clients
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
