Field Sales Manager RF/Microwave

Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in both U.S. and international markets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for driving customer success. You’ll play a key role in growing our market presence and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead field sales initiatives across domestic and international territories.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships.

  • Manage and support a network of manufacturer’s representatives through training, quoting, business development guidance, and issue resolution.

  • Provide accurate and data-driven annual sales forecasts to senior leadership.

  • Represent client co. at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows (travel required 40–60%).

  • Plan and execute trade show strategies, including logistics and on-site participation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing efforts including sales materials, presentations, and advertising.

  • Perform additional sales-related duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in technical sales, preferably in the RF/Microwave industry.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience managing manufacturer’s representatives.

  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (40–60%).
