Regional university is seeking an experienced human resources professional to join their small but growing team in an immediate capacity. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Director, and will incorporate both elements of general administrative HR support, as well as more strategic HR functions requiring working knowledge of HR best practices such as employee relations, PTO/FMLA guidelines, and general benefits and onboarding compliance.
Human Resources Coordinator
25.00.00-30.00/hour
On-Site preferred; hybrid after initial 30 days possible, contingent upon performance
Schedule: M-F 8:30 am-4:30 pm

– General HR Support to HR Director
– Assist with Recruitment, Onboarding, Compliance, etc.
Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
