Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across various positions in the US organization.
- Utilize diverse channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal laws, particularly regarding wage and pay transparency.
Mobility:
- Coordinate and oversee the relocation process for employees moving to new locations.
- Assist with visa applications, work permits, and other immigration processes for international transfers.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on mobility options and associated benefits.
General HR Responsibilities:
- Support HRIS data management (experience with SAP & ADP preferred) and day-to-day operational tasks, including payroll.
- Participate in US HR projects and initiatives such as policy reviews, compensation analysis, and organizational development efforts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2-5 years’ experience in a multi-state HR environment.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Familiarity with visa processing and immigration procedures.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws across multiple states.
- Experience with HRIS systems (SAP & ADP experience is a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
