Human Resources Administrator

Local university Human Resources Department is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented, customer service focused recent graduate or human resources professional to join our small but rapidly expanding team. 

Excellent growth opportunity for someone with strong interest but less experience in human resources to grow into a full generalist or coordinator capacity.

Individuals with basic office/administrative experience supporting human resources staff or those with interest and/or degree in human resources are encouraged to apply. 

Human Resources Administrator 
Plymouth, NH [on-site required]
Schedule: M-F, 8:30-4:30
Indefinite Temp; possible temp-perm
18.00-20.00/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Assist HR Generalist and HR Director 
  • Assist walk-in students, faculty, and staff with benefits, payroll, and miscellaneous inquiries
  • Assist with onboarding, compliance, I-9’s, and documentation 
  • Input new hires into HRIS system for staff, adjunct, student workers, and temporary seasonal 
  • Miscellaneous office tasks, as needed 

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on-site 5 days/week
  • Basic human resources administrative experience, and/or degree in HR or proximate field
  • Interest in growing human resources experience
  • Professionalism and excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and willingness to greet staff in friendly and professional manner
  • Strong computer skills and general software fluency

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis. You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
