Job Duties:

- - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  - 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
  - Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  - Experience with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  - Knowledge of HR compliance.
  - Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as Workday and Kronos.

Pay Rate:

$24-26.00/ hour during introductory /trial period. Long term growth potential up to 30.00/hour within 12 mos.
