Today we are recruiting for an experienced Human Resources Manager based at our company headquarters

In this role, you will work closely with our Human Resources Director as second-in-command for the department that provides HR services for our team? employees at seven branch locations across New England.

The details:?You will supervise HR-Payroll personnel, deal with employee issues, and support employee career path development and training.
You will implement HR strategies that support business objectives, forecast staffing needs, and mitigate risk.
You will have a broad portfolio dealing with benefit packages, maintaining employee records, managing budgets, designing accountability mechanisms, and overseeing overall employment needs while promoting the organization’s values.

What you need to apply:?The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of HR/Payroll experience with increasing responsibility. ?
More than half of our employees work on the road, so candidates with specific experience dealing with field employee HR matters are preferred. ?
You will have a proven track record of taking initiative and handling numerous priorities at once and must have a strong understanding of accounting principles. A bachelor?s degree in a business field and high proficiency with Microsoft Office products are required.
