- Full Cycle Recruiting Experience
- Experience making Policies and Procedures
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or related experience required.
- At least three years experience in Human Resources, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred. Experience in management a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, use of the internet, and basic HRIS and computer skills sufficient to maintain program data and prepare analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills; Spanish speaking and writing skills are advantageous.
- Strong project management, budgeting, planning, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, set high standards, train, supervise, and provide direction and evaluation.
- Excellent critical evaluation and thinking skills.
- Commitment to the mission and core values of the organization.
Pay Rate:
- $35 – 40 / Depending on Experience

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions. Once both qualifiers are met you must complete the enrollment packet and your benefits will start on the first of the subsequent month. . .
