National Law firm seeks an experienced Conflict Specialist. Firm offers a hybrid work environment with 2 days work on site per week.
Essential Functions:
- Review Lateral conflicts to ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
- Perform formal conflicts searches using Boolean logic and corporate research methods.
- Escalate conflict hits to Conflicts Attorney(s) when necessary.
- Verify documentation for necessary clearances and approvals.
- Review engagement letters for accuracy in parties, rates, and standard language.
- Maintain accurate client matter records and handle attorney allocation changes.
- Assist firm personnel by addressing questions related to the intake process.
- Complete special administrative projects as assigned.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Timely and accurate work execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality, flexibility, creativity, initiative, tenacity, and a positive attitude.
Educational and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of conflicts experience; Aderant experience preferred.
Salary $60-100,000 depending on experience.Job is hybrid with 2 days a week in office, three days work from home.
