Maintenance Technician

Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, as well as garbage removal Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.

Schedule is M-F 8-5 with an hour lunch
