We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a 200 unit affordable housing property by the waterfront in Downtown Buffalo. The major responsibilities include:

Managing a small team of technicians and porters
Working with vendors and suppliers for maintenance work
Putting together a budget, explaining monthly variances
Purchasing materials for jobs
Scheduling work as needed
Inspection of units
Hands-on maintenance orders and turnovers

8am – 5pm Mon-Fri

$26-28/hour + Annual Bonus

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Apartment maintenance is highly preferred
Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to handle physical workload
