We have partnered with a growing management company out of Long Island who is in need of a Building Super for a 220 unit Hi-Rise, Affordable housing community in New Rochelle.

The position is responsible for schedule of the techs, negotiating vendor contracts, inspections, purchasing materials and workign with the manager on the department’s budget.

Supers are also responsible for hands-on work:

Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, garbage removal

Ideally someone with affordable housing/REAC inspection experience but not required.
Pay: $60-70K range
Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri with some oncall work as needed.
