We have partnered with a 51 unit aparment ciomplex in Nanuet that is looking for a Maintenance Tech who wants to grow into the Super position.
The current Super will be retiring and wants to train his replacement. THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION
Position will pay $25/hour to start with a schedule of 8:30-5 Mon Mon & Wed, then 8:30-3 on Fri.
The Tech and Super are responsible for Apartment Turnovers, General Maintenance Work Orders and Emergency/On-call needs.
Hands plumbing, electrical, boilers, painting, carpentry, snow removal, landscaping and appliance repair
Must be willing to complete janitorial duties including general common area and grounds upkeep, as well as garbage removal Ideally someone with affordable housing /REAC inspection experience but not required.
