We’ve partnered with a fast emerging company north of Boston adding to staff. 
This is a great role for an AP professional who wants to be part of the foundation this company is building while also learning/performing more corporate  accounting activities. 

The AP Manager will manage/perform all AP activities including:

  • Oversee all aspects of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Responsible for the entire accounts payable process, including invoice receipt, coding, verification, and timely payment processing
  • Analyze invoices for accuracy and proper coding
  • Maintain T&E: company credit card reconciliation and reporting
  • Maintain internal & external relationships
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Supporting timely payment runs including ACH, wires, and checks while ensuring proper approval workflows are followed
  • Ensure payments are  applied to appropriate accounts
  • Handling vendor onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing relationship management 
  • Research and resolve any discrepancies
  • Reviewing AP aging reports and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items
  • Supporting the month-end close process by ensuring completeness and accuracy of AP entries and reconciliations
  • Administer company T & E
  • Drive the implementation and optimization of AP systems and process improvements

. . . Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
