Senior Marketing Manager for a contract to hire position. This role will be at the forefront of an exciting proof of concept project for the organization where you will be part of a team driving a new B2B product to market. This role is crucial in helping to shape our outbound marketing initiatives to ensure maximum visibility, adoption, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate has expertise across a wide range of tactics/channels (Email/CRM, Paid Media, Social, and SEM) with experience driving strategy and execution across each channel.
Essential Functions:

· Plan and execute multi-channel go-to-market campaigns to drive leads and paid customers including digital advertising, email marketing, events, and partnerships.
· Identify market opportunities, target audiences, and key differentiators to drive product awareness and adoption.
· Assist with the implementation of CRM and e-mail marketing strategy and build out tech stack requirements.
· Understand key inputs into channel performance to be able to proactively identify trends and areas of opportunity.
· Write creative briefs and define objectives/KPIs for creative teams to produce compelling messaging and creative assets.
· Launch and evaluate testing strategies to inform the value proposition development of new product features.
· Have a solid understanding of performance marketing and all performance marketing metrics to successfully assess performance, optimize, and measure against organizational goals.
· Own the analysis and reporting of the multi-channel campaign execution with actionable insights and socialize findings to internal team members.
· Analyze and report out on key metrics and use data driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
· Build and maintain relationships with internal/ external partners, agencies, and vendors.
