Hiring for an Email Marketing Specialist for a company in Framingham. Several days a week on-site and a few days a week remote from home. 
Pay: $25/hr

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field required
– Experience using MS Excel & PowerPoint 
– 1-2 years’ experience with email marketing 

Digital Marketing is looking for a motivated self-starter to join our team. The role is focused on email marketing for the brand. You will be responsible for helping to create daily email content including brief writing, creative development and evaluation. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills (written and verbal), deliver flawless execution, be nimble/flexible and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have an interest in retail and passion for our brands. This role provides an opportunity to understand the off-price model, and you will gain exposure to the brand with a focus on creating content that inspires customers to shop both in store and online.

– Support digital content development based on business priorities, consumer insights and ongoing sales performance
– Partner with marketing manager to brief and evaluate email content
– Manage creative calendars & QA emails for strategic accuracy

– Learn about the unique business model
– Learn about the businesses; see how a multi-channel strategy comes to life across all Email
– Understand how email marketing drives customer awareness and retention as part of an integrated digital marketing strategy (exposure to site, social, influencers/affiliate, as well as insight into broadcast)
– Be hands on & work in a small, collaborative team environment

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field required
– Experience using MS Excel & PowerPoint (no additional software required)
– 1-2 years’ experience with email marketing
– Communication is key – strong oral and written communicator with a focus on brief writing and creative evaluation; comfortable with giving clear feedback grounded in strategy
– Interest in retail and off-price business
– A team player who collaborates well and enjoys building relationships with partners across multiple disciplines with ability to navigate different team dynamics
– Exhibits strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills
– Agile thinker who works well in the gray and in a fast-paced environment
