Medical Assistant need for growing office in Stratford, CT
GASTRO office
- $20-24/hr, based on experience
- Temp to hire
- Mon – Friday, 7:30 – 4:00 am (MOST days)
- 1-2 years+ of experience required
- COVID vaccine + 1 booster required
- Seasonal flu shot required
Responsibilities:
- 1 Year of Medical office experience preferred.
- Epic Experience preferred.
- Competency in basic medical assisting skills. Including, rooming patients, assisting provider with exams, performing hearing tests, answering phones, scheduling appointments and surgeries.
- Strong working knowledge of medical terminology.
Requirements:
- MA Certification (OR CNA / EMT cert also accepted with MA/clinical experience)
- 1-3 years in medical office experience
- COVID vaccine + 1 booster
- Seasonal flu shot required
