This role requires a background in accounting, strong organizational skills and work ethic, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, QuickBooks, and strong written and verbal communications skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and input journal entries
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Process accounts receivable and cash receipts
- Process accounts payable and cash disbursements
- Assist with tax compliance and reporting
- Assist with quarterly budgeting and forecasting
- Responsibilities relating to human resources and employee benefits
- Administrative duties including maintaining supply inventories, office equipment, etc.
- Assist with internal projects
- Perform other duties as requested
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, relevant experience is a plus
- Professional demeanor, organized, detail oriented and able to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
COMPENSATION: 80,000.00- 85,000.00
