Roles and Responsibilities:
 

  • Utilizing Dynamics CRM System 2011 to close field service third-party complete cases
  • Administration and Facilitate Microsoft Outlook Field Service Operations Shared Mailbox
    • Assigning emails to different members of the teams
  • Extracting CRM data to Microsoft Excel
  • Validating Dynamics 365 Tests
  • Working at the manufacturing warehouse (DSC) once per week to ship out tools/toolkits (weighing 20-30 lbs.)
  • Setting up PCs at DSC (Manufacturing warehouse) to perform Windows updates (weighing around 8-12 lbs.)
