Operations Analyst

Job Description

Under limited supervision, the Operations Analyst is responsible for day-to-day support of the sales and operations teams with reporting, analysis, and data integrity efforts.

Operational Reporting
•    Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports that demonstrate department and company performance.
•    Utilize Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau) to automate the collection of data from disparate sources, and analyze data to produce actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvements in key operational metrics.
•    Support internal teams with ad-hoc data requests in SQL Server, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other operational systems.

Analysis
•    Conduct statistical analysis of usage and performance data to identify opportunities to increase sales effectiveness, improve retention, and drive customer engagement.
•    Partner with Sales and Operations teams to create systems and processes that identify the next best customer to contact for prospecting, upsells, and customer engagement.

Data Management
•    Maintain and improve data integrations between Salesforce and other connected systems to ensure all necessary data is available to Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to execute on business strategies.
•    Develop and manage policies and procedures to ensure Account and Contact data is clean.
•    Communicate data quality

 

Required Skills
•    Expert knowledge of Excel.
•    Experience working with SQL Server and Salesforce.
•    Experience with or capacity to learn various data management and reporting tools: Power BI, Tableau, SPSS, R.

Required Experience

•    Two – three years of related experience that includes business analysis/reporting in a high growth environment.

•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, computer science, or related discipline.
