Patient Access Representative

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM – 4:30PM


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be bilingual, English/Spanish
  • Minimum 1 year of experience of patient service / administrative in healthcare or dental setting
  • Epic experience preferred


  • Schedule, cancel, and/or reschedule patient appointments
  • Check-in/check-out appointments and create follow up visits or recalls
  • Complete patient registration
  • Accurately collect, verify, and data enter demographic and insurance information
  • Answer calls through multiline phone system
  • Document clear and concise telephone encounters or RX refill requests and route appropriately
  • Navigate and document in the Electronic Medical Record (Epic), to access relevant and appropriate information
  • Interact in a professional, friendly, and welcoming manner while capturing accurate information in order to provide superior customer service
