Pay: $22-24/hour Flex
Hours: 40 HPW

Location: Southcoast Rehab Clinic – 235 Hanover ST, Suite 204 Fall River, MA 02720

Orientation Dates: 9/23 or 10/7

Notes from Client: Candidates MUST be able to handle a fast-paced environment / high call volume. At least 1 year of recent medical front desk experience required

We are searching for a Patient Access Rep (Rehab) to perform a variety of office support, coordination of various patient care processes and other related duties in accordance with established Rehabilitation Services department policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience Requirements:
Equal to completion of four years of high school plus additional specialized courses or training, secretarial school, diploma, or medical office certification.
Duties require knowledge of medical terminology.
Proficient keyboarding skills are essential.
Must possess strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Proficient in use of software applications such as e-mail, Word, Excel, EHR.
Exceptional customer service skills are required.
Associates degree preferred..
