Patient Service Advisor

Hours: Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm 

Responsibilities

  • Will be answering between 75 – 100 calls per day
  • Assist with patient scheduling and registration. 
  • Facilitate patient access to physician practice services under the general direction of the Manager, Team Leader, or designee. 
  • This role is responsible to answering incoming calls to facilitate entering orders
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Enter prescriptions for the physician’s review
  • Documentation of phone contact with patient
  • Management of the electronic faxes
  • Release of information compliance
  • Inform patients of test results
  • Will work as a liaison between physician offices and other departments to ensure coordination of patient care and patient satisfaction.
