Payroll Specialist

We are currently seeking a Payroll Coordinator at our Marlborough, MA location. This position will ensure the accurate and timely payroll processing for numerous locations across the US. You will also support employee enquiries and help to resolve payroll discrepancies.

Essential Responsibilities:
As a Payroll Coordinator you will be:

  • Process timesheets from automated time collection system on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare the tax file to third party filing service for statutory tax reporting.
  • Assist with Year End reporting and W2 processing.
  • Maintain employee records relating to payroll employer contributions.

Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Associate degree or higher in related field or 2-3 years’ experience in Payroll Administration and/or Human Resources.

  • Knowledge of federal and multi-state tax requirements
  • Experience with the following systems is a plus: Deltek Time Collection, Microsoft Office, and Power BI (reporting)
