Title: Performance Management Specialist
Schedule: flexible – Part time (20-25HPW) or Fulltime (40 HPW)

  • If Part time – Fully onsite            
  • If Fulltime – Hybrid schedule after 30days, (3 days in person 2 days remote).

Pay: $60-$65/hr 
Location: Boston Massachusetts

Summary: Seeking a seasoned Performance Management Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, implementing, and structuring performance management cycles for organizations, particularly within the non-profit or government sector. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, with a demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives.
  • Experience working in non-profit or government agencies is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing performance management processes that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Proficiency in change management techniques and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive documentation and training materials.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) or HR credentials (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
