Schedule: This is a full-time job onsite with various shifts available (40 hours per week
*Closed on Sundays and most State/Federal holidays
- Operating hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30am-8pm
- Friday 7:30am-5pm
- Saturday 9am-1pm
Responsibilities:
- Daily ordering & receipt of inventory
- Compare and analyze contract prices to obtain best outcomes
- Use strategic purchasing to achieve rebate targets
- Set and review purchases daily before orders are placed
- Review target inventory levels to maintain adequate stock
- Process and maintain daily, weekly, monthly reports
- Receive drop ship and alternate supplier orders
- Medication returns supplier mis-picks/errors, short-dated/outdated stock
- Manage backorder and back stock list
- Assist organizing inventory on shelves
- Work with the management team to improve current processes and develop new processes to increase profitability
