Quality Assurance Manager

The Quality Assurance Manager will plan, coordinate, and the direct quality assurance program to ensure quality products consistent with established standards.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Oversee the implementation of quality control measures throughout the organization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency
  • Lead investigations into product quality issues and customer complaints
  • Develop and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
  • Train employees on quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to quality assurance

Requirements: Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Level III preferred
  • Proven experience in quality assurance management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques
  • Familiarity with ASME codes & standards
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
