Job Requirements:

Responsible for inspecting materials, components, and finished products to ensure they comply with specified requirements.
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Document inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality databases.
Identify and report any non-conformances or defects to the Quality Control Manager and collaborate with production teams to resolve issues.
Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to prevent recurrence of defects.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and quality procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
Provide training and support to production staff on quality control practices and procedures.
Continuously monitor and evaluate production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
