Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Hours:
- Full Time – Fully In-Office
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Job Requirements:
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be able to transcribe audio.
- Operating Systems experience preferred.
- Supporting the VP North America and Sales, Marketing Support & Customer Service Executive with business travel arrangements, audio typing, filing of meeting minutes, call reports and email communications.
- Answering all incoming calls and re-directing as appropriate.
- Greeting all visitors, providing refreshments, maintaining visitors’ log book.
- Collecting and dealing with mail.
- Building maintenance of inside and outside space, working with multiple companies to coordinate cleaning, landscaping and general maintenance.
- Researching, procuring and maintenance of all office equipment.
- Undertaking research and obtaining quotes to support office tasks.
Pay Rate:
- $50,000 – $62,500 per year
