POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Marketing Director is responsible for providing strategic and tactical leadership for advertising and marketing campaigns that drive to meet and exceed revenue targets and related KPIs. Reporting to the CEO, the position is responsible for leading the development, execution and measurement of annual campaigns for the company’s revenue streams with the end goal of ensuring achievement of its annual and long-term performance metrics. This position is responsible for our integrated digital and print inbound advertising and marketing strategy that has as it primary goals attracting site traffic and converting that traffic into new opportunities and generating and capturing leads and nurturing those leads to convert them into customers.
This position is expected to articulate and use data analysis to inform advertising campaign decisions, actions and recommendations. It is a position that engages in continuous collaboration with other members of the C-Suite to drive business and sustain organizational alignment, shared knowledge, and engagement and support participation and responsibility on matrixed projects.
The Director monitors monthly and quarterly sales performance and leads the adjustment of each campaign based upon performance outcomes, oversees project development and works closely with campaign managers and other members of the marketing and advertising team to ensure quality control and project management.
The Director works in collaboration with other C-Suite leaders to oversee website development, administration and to ensure the website has user-friendly navigation that helps buyers find the products more quickly, increasing the chance of a purchase, lead capture and lead generation. They also work in collaboration with other C-Suite leaders to ensure ecommerce website functions are optimized to allow for B2B and B2C transactions, serves as a digital storefront and transaction hub and provides accurate information buyers need to know regarding all terms and conditions, policies,
The Director must be a data-driven leader who specializes in inbound digital marketing and creating a full-funnel, integrated advertising and marketing campaign strategy. They must be able to lead, oversee, monitor and measure the development and execution of quarterly and annual campaigns multiple revenue streams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Eight+ years of successful leadership in Marketing and Advertising, three of which must be leading and executing on inbound marketing strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, with an MBA often preferred.; relevant degree with advanced marketing leadership experience such as journalism, education, business acceptable.
- Develops expert knowledge and understanding of CRS’ business model, brands, products and services.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with at least 1 year of implementation in HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Word Press and Woo-Commerce a plus. Must be able to quickly learn, master and guide others in the use of CRM platforms used for marketing and e-commerce.
- Comfortable communication with multiple levels with professionals.
- Able to lead and grow a team of high-performing advertising and marketing talent.
- Able to operate on both a tactical and a strategic level, overseeing a highly effective teams while also collaborating with team and colleagues to develop new, innovative advertising and marketing campaigns and solutions.

- Occasional travel may be required

- Maintains current knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and continuous updates to these platforms in order to innovate and improve the effectiveness of integrated inbound campaigns
