VICE PRESIDENT -CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION DIVISION COMPENSATION- $250,000.00+ We seek a dynamic leader to grow our Concrete Division across multiple markets. You’ll be responsible for driving operational excellence, overseeing large-scale concrete projects, and developing high-performing teams. With at least 15 years of progressive leadership in concrete or heavy civil construction, you will play a critical role in expanding our market presence, ensuring profitability, and upholding safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement growth strategies to expand into new markets. Provide guidance to senior managers, project teams, and operational staff. Project Oversight & Management Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale commercial and industrial concrete projects. Ensure projects meet timeline, budget, quality, and safety goals. Business Development & Market Expansion Identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and lead proposals for high-value contracts. Collaborate on acquisitions or joint ventures to enhance market share. Financial Performance Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability and drive revenue growth. Team Leadership & Development Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent. Financial Acumen: Skilled at budget oversight, P&L analysis, and cost-saving strategies.
